She didn't just look at the ones we Said we liked, she said.. this one looks like something you may be interested in, let's look at it! She was organized and treated us like family. Moving away from our home state was hard, but Darlene made it simple. She brought us a folder with all the houses she had set up for viewings for us. She said, if there is anything else let me know, and we can add it. We had a couple houses pop up last minute and she called and got an appointment to see them that day! We can't say enough how much she helped us find our dream home! She made Tennessee home for us! We would recommend her for anything, selling, buying, local food recommendations... anything!

. to the day we closed was an amazing experience. From the last minute “we want to see this house” she was right there .. she got appointments same day. Gave us a chance at the house seeing it quickly. Darlene set us up with MLS listings that we got to see right away when they were posted . She also established a time line through amitree that kept the lender, Darlene and yourself up to date on the process. It establishes what point you are at. She always answered every question we had even after closing she was still there. It didn't matter if it was after hours or on the weekend we was always could communicate with her phone, text, or email it didn't matter she was there. She stayed on top of things and we feel like if it needed to be do she made sure it got done. Also if a problem came up she fixed. For that reason, my husband and I were being very picky. Our new place had to be in the perfect location, with the perfect land and at the right price. It took almost eighteen months, getting outbid a few times on other homes, a disaster inspection on one we really liked, a couple of months of frustration that Darlene had to deal with on our end, but she never gave up on the search or on us! Darlene worked very hard and showed us tons of properties and all she kept saying is I want you to be happy and whatever you pick you have to love it. She put so much time and focus in us that she made us feel that we were her only clients. The place we ended up purchasing was not one we would have particularly chosen to look at, but Darlene said I think we should at least just go see it. After five minutes of being on the property I turned her and said I love it we have to have it. Darlene is an exceptional realtor, she’s very business professional when it comes down to working for you, but at the same time she becomes part of your family and friend while working closely with you. Darlene got us in exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. she attended every inspection and every time we walked through home she would point out things that she thought we might need to have checked. But nothing could prepare any of us for what she had to go through from the time we did the purchase agreement up until even after we closed. She’s even pitching in to help us paint! Then we finally found the house of our dreams after Darlene drove and videoed so many, after everything was signed we had problem after problem but through everything Darlene did everything she could to help us and she was always so collected and right on the ball with everything we needed. She worked so hard so we could keep our dream house and now we’ve bought it and moved in and couldn’t be happier and it was all thanks to Darlene.
